Permissions for HRM Content Use

General Information:

A permission contract is required to reprint or reproduce material from Hot Redhead Media (HRM) publications. If you wish to submit a permission request, please read the following guidelines carefully.

To be sure that the text and/or illustrations that you wish to use are from a Hot Redhead Media book, please check credits, acknowledgments, and notes on the copyright page or at the back of the book. If the material you wish to excerpt is attributed to another source, person or institution, please contact the cited party.

 

Anthologies commonly have such attributions on their credits/acknowledgments pages. If the book you are using as a source is a paperback, please check the copyright page to see if it was published by arrangement with another publisher. If so, that publisher likely produced the original hardcover edition and you will need to contact them.

 

Please be aware that we charge fees for the use of Hot Redhead Media content and that our minimum fee is $50. You will not be obligated to pay the fee if you choose not to use the selection.

How to Submit a Permission Request:

We accept permissions requests at hotredheadmedia dot com. We do not accept requests by telephone. Our ordinary turnaround is eight weeks, so please allow that amount of time before following up and do not submit duplicate requests.

Frequent follow-up queries and the omission of information will delay the processing of your request. Please ensure that all pertinent information is included.

 

Permission has not been granted until a signed contract from a Hot Redhead Media representative is sent to and received by the requestor.
