​The Podcast Story:

In late 2023, several women co-hosts, all content creators, wanted to see work by awesome women creators spotlighted in multiple fields of TV and Filmmaking, so we banded together to make a podcast featuring discussions on exemplary creative work by women in the industry.  Our hope was to both have fun chatting about work we love by women and to create curated femme-centric watchlists for fans.

HEAT, Spotlight on Women, By Women, In Hollywood (HEAT), is an audio podcast releasing once a month, with the first episode releasing January 1, 2024 on Women Directors.  We hope you'll join us, have a listen, and add your favorite artists and works to our lists of female- identifying trailblazers in acting, special effects, directing, cinematography, and more.
