The Bear Claw, with a Sweet Twist
1 oz pineapple juice
½ oz hibiscus simple syrup
1 oz vodka
2 oz beer
½ oz lime juice
Put ingredients in a shaker with ice. Give it a shake and strain into a glass with more ice. Garnish with a lime wedge and pineapple. Salted rim optional.
For a mocktail version of this, add the non-alcoholic vodka of your choice.
