Sidelined Spritz
1 oz cucumber (about 3 slices), chopped
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz gin
1 oz grenadine syrup
5 drops angostura bitters
Soda Water
Put cucumbers in a shaker and muddle. Add orange juice, lime juice, grenadine, gin, and bitters. Shake with ice and the strain into a glass with ice. Top with soda.
If you’d like to make it a mocktail, add two ounces AF gin into the shaker with the other ingredients or just skip it.
Top with a slice of cucumber for garnish.
