The Bayou Mudslide
1 oz vodka
1 oz Kahlua coffee liquor
1 oz Baileys Irish cream
1 shot espresso
1 oz cream
Make a shot espresso, set aside. In a shaker, add vodka, Kahlua, Baileys, and cream with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Add the shot of espresso.
Note for sobriety seekers: This cocktail can also be made into a tasty mocktail if you eliminate the liquor and---wait a minute: Espresso is fine on its own!
