Demolition Derby
1 oz whiskey
1 oz gin
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz maraschino liqueur or juice
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz soda
Mix everything but the soda in a shaker with ice. Pour in a glass filled with ice and top with soda and a lime zest for garnish. To make a mocktail, substitute zero proof whiskey and gin.
