Fire Dragon
Cocktail:
1 oz amaro (Nonino)
1 oz Campari
1 oz bourbon
1 oz lemon juice
Dash allspice
Put all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain over a chilled coupe class.
Mocktail:
2 oz Sanbitter or Stappi
1 oz lemon juice
Dash allspice
Soda
Put all ingredients (except soda) in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain over a chilled coupe glass and top with soda.
