The Remembrance Gin Fizz
2 oz gin
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
3 oz soda
Mix gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with a piece of rosemary and some ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Add soda and stir. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and a lemon slice.
Note for sobriety seekers: This cocktail can also be made into a tasty mocktail with gin alternative! Enjoy!
