5 mint leaves
1 tsp sugar
2 lime wedges
2 oz white or pineapple rum or lemon soda (for AF)
1.5 oz pineapple juice
2 shakes of orange bitters (optional)
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint, lime wedges, and sugar. Add the rum, pineapple juice, and jalapeño (however much heat you like) and some ice. Shake. Strain into a glass. If alcohol free, omit the rum and top with lemon soda. Shake on bitters and garnish with mint, lime wedge, or pineapple slice.
