The Last Chance

2 oz gin

1 oz vermouth

1/4 oz crème de violette liqueur

1/2 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

Splash tonic water

Add all ingredients except the tonic water to a cocktail and shake. Strain into a coupe and add a splash of tonic water.

Note for sobriety seekers: This cocktail can be made with sweet violet syrup and Sprite.
