The Conventmaker
2 oz whiskey
1 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 oz IPA
Put whiskey, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a coupe glass and top with IPA. For the AF version, use zero-proof whiskey and beer.
